Although Adam Schmitt culled a devoted cult following following the release of his major-label albums in the mid-'90s, he'd took eight years off from recording before he returned with 2001's Demolition. The time away didn't make him reconsider his power-pop foundations, however, as his music still sticks to its guitar-centric hooks.

Schmitt is also a studio engineer and producer, and has worked with several indie artists.
