Singer Spencer Moody and bassist Mike Kunka didn't let the desertion of their former bandmates stop them from making music. When Dead Low Tide broke up, the two enlisted Kunka's partner in godheadSilo to play drums and started anew.

The result is band that keeps some of the raw-rock edge of Dead Low Tide and Murder City Devils close to its heart while exploring unusual bass amplification and sounds.
