Sunday Flood melds the powerhouse guitars of the bands influenced by Hum and the on-the-edge feel of more straightforward post-hardcore outfits. While the reliance upon melody puts the band a few steps outside the typical post-hardcore borders, there's still enough rage in the band to keep the ties to that scene from being completely severed.
