Anthrax, Fall Out Boy Guys Start New Band

The world needs another supergroup like it needs a mutation of the H1N1 virus, but that isn't going to stop members of Fall Out Boy and Anthrax from jamming side-project like.

Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman and drummer Andy Hurley joins Anthrax's Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano in new act The Damned Things. Every Time I Die's Keith Buckley and some dude called David Karon on bass round out the lineup to a good six-member project. The act hopes to enter the studio later this month, according to Rock Sound.
