Rocky Votolato is ready to bring his emo-roots self back into the limelight.

The acoustic rocker returns Feb. 23 with True Devotion from Barsuk. It follows up 2008's The Brag and Cuss (review) (Barsuk) and is tipped as another installment into his acousta-roots catalog.
